You may request access to your personal information by contacting our Privacy Officer. A reasonable processing fee may apply.

We may refuse access in some situations (e.g., legal restrictions). If so, you’ll receive written notice outlining the reasons and available complaint mechanisms.

Correcting your information

You may request correction of inaccurate, outdated, incomplete or misleading information. If we refuse a request, we will provide a written explanation and advise you of complaint options. If required, we will notify any third parties to whom the information was previously disclosed.

If we no longer need the information and are not legally required to retain it, we will securely destroy or de-identify it.

Data retention

Complaints

If you believe we have in any way breached your privacy rights or the APPs, please contact our Client Services Manager in writing. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Changes to this privacy policy

We may change this privacy policy from time to time to comply with new laws or codes of practice which may be developed. We may also change this policy to include any new products or services we may provide from time to time
